About our lighting service
We care about our clients' power consumption and the environment at the same time. The aim on most lighting work is to reduce energy bills by installing current lighting technology and control systems.
We can design lighting for an existing or new building, factory, car park or yard, to the lux levels required for the purpose, and plan the work to cause the least disruption to your business. We can also investigate the most efficient way to carry it out and help with any government grants available.
We install and maintain emergency and exit lighting, which on commercial premises is a compliance obligation with scheduled testing attached, not a one-off install.
Existing lighting is covered too, on programmed or reactive maintenance schedules.

Lighting that costs too much to run
Older fittings on long run hours, or lamps that need changing constantly. Current LED technology draws less and needs far fewer replacements.
Areas that are poorly lit
A workspace, warehouse, car park or yard that is too dark for how it is used, or an entry that feels unsafe after dark.
Lights on with nobody there
Lighting that runs all night or through empty areas can be brought under sensor, C-Bus or BMS control.
Exit or emergency lights out
An unlit exit sign or an emergency light that fails its test is a compliance issue on commercial premises, not just a lamp to change.
